Who we are
Exstent was founded in 2002 with a clear purpose to create safer, more personalised solutions for people living with aortic conditions. Our aim has always been to reduce surgical risk and preserve the body’s natural anatomy wherever possible.
Our story
Exstent was founded by engineer and patient Tal Golesworthy, whose experience with Marfan syndrome inspired the development of the ExoVasc®. In 2004, Tal became the first person in the world to receive the device he helped design.
Our team
Exstent brings together clinicians, engineers, and business leaders who share a commitment to refining cardiac care through collaboration and innovation.
